Being from the South, I never thought I’d be sad about a “warm front” in the middle of February, but we got one this past week (it rained) and I didn’t like it!  If I thought it were going to get warm and stay that way, it might be different, but I know it’s going to get cold again.  It basically means that there is ice everywhere while I wait for more snow to make it pretty again and provide for more skiing and outdoor sports.  It might be very cold up here, but at least it’s manageable b/c it’s fun.  And the sun tends to shine this time of year, which makes it even better.
